we started life as a mobile surf shack streetfood wagon that our founder Dan towed from village to village around the Devon countryside and to streetfood events all over the South West.

wanting to diversify, he put on some kick ass fried chicken burgers on his eclectic menu.

soon they started outselling everything else and that’s when he knew he had something…

an accidental winning combo of fried chicken, grilled halloumi, slaw and ranch that came about one day when one of our streetfood chefs threw together some leftovers in between shifts and created absolute fire.

clucking hell

the absolute classic combo of fiery hot buffalo dipped fried chicken with that creamy, cooling ranch has been on the menu for nearly 10 years

it takes 36 hours to prepare our chicken.

twice brined to lock in that extra flavour and twice breaded for that outrageous crust.
