FAQs

I have a question, how can I get in touch?

you can find individual restaurant’s contact details on their individual location page. if it’s something else get in touch via hello@eatthebird.co.uk.

can I book my table?

damn straight! we’d strongly advise it. you can book your table here.

can I see your menu?

check out the menu here. be careful not to drool over your keyboard.

are you child friendly?

absolutely! we have high chairs, crayons and full menu for the little cluckers.

are you dog friendly?

well-behaved dogs are allowed to join you in the outside dining areas - no dogs except assistance dogs inside, please.

do you have an allergy menu?

all restaurants have a fully up to date allergen info. please make our team aware of your allergies when you are seated and we will look after you. FYI nearly our whole menu can be made gluten-free, all of our chicken is gluten-free as standard and we have gluten-free buns. we do have small kitchens and whilst we will maintain safe preparation protocols, some form of cross contamination could happen.

I don’t eat meat - can I still have a good time?

abso-bloody-lutely! we have the most insane vegan fried chick’n burgers and fries. after all, we can’t let the meat eaters have ALL the fun!

your bookings site says you’re fully booked! do you have any tables?

all our bookable tables may be full - but we always keep a few tables free for walk-ins, pop by and our team will always try their absolute best to get you seated.

I can’t find you on deliveroo or ubereats, are you closed?

we can get very busy at peak times. there’s a limit to how many pieces of chicken we can fit in our fryers so we may turn off online ordering periodically to ensure EVERY burger is as outrageously great as the last one and that wait times for everyone are consistent. stick with us though, because when the rush is over we’ll turn them back on. the best time to grab your burger fix is before 6:30pm and after 8:30pm.

I have a problem with my delivery order, can you help?

we want the etb experience to be outrageous, even when you’re not at the restaurant. sometimes things go wrong. usually it’s not our fault but we DO want to fix it for you. feel free to ring us to help you, if we don’t get to the phone right away, then call the delivery partner you used. our best advice is to always click and collect your takeaway.
